Shipping & Delivery Information

UPS or FEDEX Delivery: If your safe is under 125 pounds, we will ship your order via UPS or FEDEX Ground (no signature required). If we have experienced a high damage rate on a safe that is under 125 pounds, we may determine it is better to ship via freight carrier.

Business Dock Delivery: This is the most basic of all shipping options. This delivery service includes delivery to a business address with a receiving dock or forklift. A liftgate is not included.

Curbside Delivery: This delivery option is available to a business location or residential location. This option may include a liftgate to lower the delivery down to the ground at the curb.

Shipping Note: Our free shipping* offer applies only to the lower 48 states. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Inside Delivery Types

Garage Delivery: The Garage Delivery option includes delivery to the first dry area or garage within a pre-scheduled 4 hour delivery window. This option does not include unpacking, stairs or debris removal. Remote locations may involve additional costs.

Threshold Delivery: The Threshold Delivery option includes delivery to the first available inside room within a pre-scheduled 4 hour delivery window. This option does not include unpacking or debris removal. Remote locations or a large number of exterior stairs may involve additional costs.

White Glove Delivery: The White Glove Delivery* includes a two (2) person team, two flights of stairs**, room of choice placement***, and unpacking and debris removal upon request. White Glove Delivery does not include any usage of tools or bolting down of the safe. The homeowner should have the inside areas being traversed properly prepared prior to delivery (i.e pathways cleared, special flooring protected, etc...) If transport to the final location is deemed unsafe then the item will be delivered to a secondary location of your choosing inside the home.

*White Glove Delivery: This description does not apply to White Glove Delivery on Mesa Safes. Mesa Safe have a separate White Glove Delivery service that includes one flight of stairs and not two flights of stairs.

**Flight of Stairs: A Flight of Stairs is defined as the 4th to the 15th step of a normal staircase. Each additional flight consists of 10 steps or less. Deliveries in excess of 2 flights, spiral or non-standard stair configurations will need to contact us for an individualized quote. Quote may include but is not limited to: site survey, additional labor and/or stair climber rental and is based on geographic capacity.

***Room of Choice Placement: Placement in special cabinetry or platforms above floor level are not included in this service. If this option is needed please contact us for an individualized quote. Quote may include but is not limited to: site survey, additional labor and/or stair climber rental and is based on geographic capacity.

Are you interested in shipping items outside of the continental United States (excluding Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico)?

  1. Contact a freight forwarder of your choice in the continental United States.
  2. Place your order online or call (800) 991-6254. Insert the freight forwarder shipping information into the "ship to" address on the order form.
  3. Your order will ship free of charge* to your freight forwarder. We will provide you tracking information.
  4. **IMPORTANT** We highly recommend that your freight forwarder carefully inspects all items in your order once they have arrived. We cannot be responsible for your items once the shipper has signed that they have received your order in good condition.
  5. Your items will now ship via your freight forwarder to your final destination.

Did your shipment arrive damaged or defective? Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by email or phone. Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly appreciated and will speed up our resolution process.

We strongly recommend at the time, if you notice any cartons that look dented, crushed, or just not right, OPEN them immediately and inspect the contents. If the contents appear to be damaged, please notate it on the delivery ticker, refuse that item only and contact us as soon as possible for instructions.
