Warranty Disclaimer
All warranties listed are provided by the manufacturer. Warranties began on the date of purchase from AuthoritySafes.com. AuthoritySafes.com and/or the manufacturer are not responsible for replacing parts, or service on your safe after the warranty period has commenced. If, your safe is in a fire or is broken into, and the safe no longer serves its’ function, the manufacturer will replace the safe, free of charge, based on an evaluation of the product. If the safe is evaluated by the manufacturer and is deemed “not damaged” by the cause of a Fire or Burglary, or any malfunction of the safe the manufacturer reserves the right to not replace the safe. Please reference the manufacturer for further information regarding the replacement of your safe. Your original receipt is required to qualify for any warranty repair service or any warranty parts.
Limitation of Liability
AuthoritySafes.com will not be liable for any special or consequential damages that may happen from the use of or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. If AuthoritySafes.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages, there is still no liability on the part of AuthoritySafes.com. Misprints
In the unlikely event there is a misprint on AuthoritySafes.com, such as an error in a price listing, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the sale of the item, whether or not the sale has been completed. If an incorrect price has been charged to your credit card and the order has been cancelled, AuthoritySafes.com will credit back the amount of the incorrect price. Taxes
Taxes will be charged to safes sold to Ship To addresses located in Nevada and V-Line Industries safes that are sold to Ship To addresses located in California.
Sales Outside of the United States of America
Authoritysafes.com are currently only selling product within the United States of America. Orders that contain an address outside of the United States of America will not be fulfilled.
