“Excellent service from start to finish! I was looking for a handgun safe and wasn’t sure about which size to get and whether it was wall-mountable, so I contacted their customer service. It seems so often that a company is looking out for their bottom line or that a salesperson is wanting a higher commission but I didn’t get that impression at all with Authority Safes. They were able to answer my questions about their safes and were able to guide me in the right direction with complete consideration to my needs in mind. When it came to my question about the safe being wall-mountable they not only notified me that it was possible to mount it to a wall but also provided me with a copy of the owner’s manual prior to my purchase!

Once I completed my order, I received an email confirmation and estimated shipping time based upon my shipping selection. I did UPS ground which stated 7-10 business days. That day I received an email from UPS with the tracking information and that they had picked up the package. The package departure was California and I live in Houston. I completed my order on Tuesday, February 16th and received the safe at my house on Friday, February 19th. Bonus points for a speedy delivery.

When the safe was delivered it was well insulated in the original box with no damage to the box. I took the safe out of the packing and it was in flawless condition.

The best mark of customer service is whether I would recommend a company to a family member or friend. Their customer service is top notch and that coupled with their fantastic prices, I would definitely recommend Authority Safes to anyone
